September 2024 SBA 504 Funding Rates:
The real estate 504 rates decreased again this month. The 25 year and 20 year rates decreased by 29bps and 28bps, respectively from the month prior. The 10 year equipment rate decreased by 62bps from the last funding, 2 months prior.
