The new servicing spread will be 1.464%, a decrease of 0.0765% from FY 2023. The real estate 504 rates increased this month. The 25 year and 20 year rates both increased by 33bps from the month prior. The 10 year equipment rate remained as-is from August, as it adjusts every two months.
