Paul F. Flynn, Jr., President & CEO of BDC Capital Corporation, the oldest business development corporation in the United States, is pleased to announce the following promotions for BDC Capital and its affiliate, CDC New England:
Susan Forrester was promoted to SVP Loan Administration. Her expertise and command of the SBA 504 loan closing process has resulted in well over 600 closed loans for CDC New England. She has done an excellent job in training business partners, and her extensive knowledge of the SBA 504 program is a tremendous asset for the company.
Thuy Dang was promoted to VP Loan Operations. The title reflects the strong contributions made to all facets of SBA 504 loan operations, including application processing, underwriting and servicing. Her contribution to the front end of SBA 504 processing is well known but equally important is her ongoing support of the underwriting team and her behind-the-scene effort to assist loan servicing.
Caitlin Martell continues to develop her ABL lending expertise and was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Asset Based Lending. Over the past year, she completed over 40 field exams and has taken on portfolio management responsibility. Caitlin’s technical skill set and attention to detail are tremendous assets for BDC.
